At the core of The Greater Waco Community Education Alliance are community stakeholder groups. The groups include:

These groups, under the leadership of community members and oftentimes in conjunction with other stakeholder groups, undertake initiatives aimed at improving the metrics behind each of the Alliance's eight assumptions or expectations for student success.
